- Flights: Refunds for flight cancellations will be subject to the airline’s refund policy. Triveni Travels will facilitate the refund process but cannot guarantee the refund amount or timeline.
- Hotels: Refunds for hotel cancellations depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
- Tour Packages: Refunds for tour package cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the specific package terms and conditions.
- Transportation Services: Refunds for transportation services (e.g., car rentals, transfers) are subject to the provider’s policies.
2.2 Cancellation by Triveni Travels:
- If Triveni Travels cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for these services.
